★ Folkmore Roles & Attributes ★
Skills: She’s a decent cook,a skilled spear/stave user, an accomplished rider after years of flying around on Ba’ul, and very good at deception
Canon Abilities: Artes, Skills
Role: Myth
Role Qualities/Attributes: A set of horned antlers, sharp vicious canines, and a cute fluffy bunny tail and ears (she’s basically like a vicious little jackalope, ready to tear out your heart and feast upon it)
Role Reasoning: Judith has had enough with the way that everyone on Terca Lumireis has been letting the world die due to the use of blastia and over production of aer. She understands that this sort of disregard for the past is only bringing the world closer to destruction, even if she’s unaware of just how it will take place. She just knows that with so many of the Entelexeia dead from the Great War and the use of Hermes blastia from a formula that her father created that her world is going to kill itself. So, she goes out and starts destroying any blastia whose formula is relying on what her father crafted, even if it means people suffer in the short term or some of them die. While she tries to avoid outright murder, she’s not above it either. She joins Yuri’s group partially because she has nothing better to do and they seem to be having fun, but once they confront her on Mt Temza about her stint as the ‘Dragon Freak’, she just because their overly chaotic friend who might possibly need a leash….
★ Personality ★
Option 2.What was the most traumatic experience your character endured? How did this change them? When Judith was about nine, the Great War between the Empire and Entelexeia reached where she lived on Mt Temza. It ended with a great portion of the town being destroyed, many of the inhabitants dying, leaving only Judith and her friend Ba’ul alive. She had to go to live with the other Krityans in Myorzo, but she never managed to fit in there because the other Krityans are too detached from the rest of the world. In fact, the Krityans find Judith to be the odd one, so they didn’t really miss her when she left. She turned to traveling the world until she met Pharos and was given a purpose - destroy the Hermes blastia and help Terca Lumereis where the other Entelexeia that were still alive couldn’t go. What is the most important and defining relationship(s) in your character's life and why? Judith’s relationships with Ba’ul, Yuri, Estelle and the rest of Brave Vesperia in that order are the most important and defining ones she’s had. Ba’ul saved her life as a child and has kept her company for the last decade. He has become her best friend that only she can talk to… Well, other Krityans and Entelexeia can talk to him too, but they don’t spend a lot of time around them. Estelle helped Judith to see that not everything has to be so bleak and hollow, that love and kindness mean a lot more when you haven’t had it in your life. Yuri gave her someone who didn’t judge her and welcomed her to his friends without asking too many questions, which allowed her to slowly open up and find a place. Brave Vesperia as a whole (including Rita, Raven, Patty and Estelle) gave her a group of friends and a sort of home—something she’d been sorely lacking since the destruction of Mt Temza. What is your character's moral code? Do they have one? Why or why not? Moral code. This is tricky. She has morals, but it’s not as tightly defined as others might consider it. She very much is in the mode of preservation of the whole with the sacrifice of the few. While she objectively understands that the Hermes blastia are being used to help the people of Terca Lumireis, she knows that the devices are actually killing the world by creating too much aer. So, she goes and destroys them, regardless of the blastia’s initial purpose: barriers, ship engines, it doesn’t matter. If it uses that formula, it must go. She doesn’t even care who she angers by doing it. What is a time where your character failed drastically at something and how did it impact them, what did they do about it? So, Judith promised Phaeros that she would watch Estelle, since as the Child of the Full Moon, the princess could call on a formula to use and produce vast quantities of aer without the check of any of the Entelexeia. However, even when presented with prime opportunities to take out the girl, she can’t seem to do it. She recognizes that Estelle means to do good and her power has an upside to it, but is also a huge danger. So, instead of killing her and risking the anger of Phaeros, she works with the rest of the traveling party to find a way to control Estelle’s power and keeping her alive.
