No, I don't think he has. You've been working very hard to try and keep things sane. While I don't agree with you about a lot of things, I know that you've been trying to do what you think is best for everyone.

You know very well why it's important to listen to doubts about myself. I can't simply trust that I will always do the right thing. That was a naive way to think, clearly, because I didn't. Even now, I should be trying with all that I have to get home and fix this!

And you can't fix everything. Especially not alone. That kind of thinking will make you no better than Alexei. That's why Ioder, Estelle, Yuri and the rest of us are working and helping in the ways we can. We didn't create this issue, but we are stuck fixing it. So, we're doing what we can when we can. That includes you.

And there aren't enough Entelexeia to help fix the aer krenes thanks to the Great War. Ba'ul, Krones and the others can't keep up with the activity. And, well, Alexei murdering the Entelexeia for their apatheia certainly didn't help.

Phaeroh doesn't seem like the the type to offer a great deal of companionship.
I can see how you'd think that. He's not exactly the easiest to talk to, even for me, but he has a lot of reasons to hate the humans of Terca Lumireis, Flynn.

Increasingly, I believe I feel the same way. I may wish that there had been another way, and that I had been able to keep my promise to change things for the better, but looking at things in the light of how things are, rather than how I wished they would be?
